CMF Project Re-designed:
Our group decided to explore the Jamforlig from IKEA. After taking it apart and researching the materials and purposes, we re-designed it. Check out our research and thought process below.
Redesigned CMF Product:
The product would be released and re-marketed towards children to improve hand-eye coordination and build confidence in the kitchen. This descision was made based off research of developmental stages and hands on learning, interview with childrens healthcare providers, and color theory. Children are more likely to establish healthy relationships with food if they are involved in preparing the food they eat.
